day 2
last night: had a dance practice with sfc. i brought the album with me so they can see the wedding pictures, which they did. i was with ravvy, who is always a cutie. [dont worry, ravvy's his rav 4] we'll call him ravvy from now on. i got to talk to one of my closest friends last night too - over the phone [Praise God for more minutes! thanks baby!]. another uplifting thought. it was nice to see friends again. the dance practice entertained me - for awhile. drove and talked with jema for a bit then back to base 2 [parents' house]. stayed for awhile then left for Homebase [my/joe's house]. when i got home, just been chillin, loungin in the room. drama was creeping on me, oops, got to slow it down. good thing sleep came not too long after.
day 3
started the day early again today with the parentals [as joe usually puts it]. we needed to go somewhere in fleming island. still tired from last night, [i slept almost 2am - again!], the sort of long drive was a good thing. so, handled the errand which meant spending time again with them. [yup, seeing the parentals everyday you can see]. then we went to regency. by the way, my sister came with us. anyway, had lunch there and just walked around to kill time. it was my first time going to mall since hubby left. last tuesday when he left, i was meaning to go meet up with my and joe's jewel friends. but i was too emotional to go to the mall and show them the proposal and wedding pictures. our jewel friends did a big part on the rings. so when we were at the mall, i visited. i only got to see 1 out of the 3. i promised to visit again soon [hopefully next week] with the pictures. she's excited! they'll all be there. after the daytime "gallavanting", i went back to homebase. then met up with mommy v to go to a viewing. one of the family friends' granddaughter died so we went there to pay our respect. during our visit to the family friends, a lot of people were checking up on me on how i am doing since joe left for training already. a lot of the aunties and uncles told me their stories/experiences on how it was when they had to be away from their spouses. some were good, some were not so. but they all wished me well.that was a comfort at least. then back to base 2. talked with parentals for awhile but tonight im staying at our house, went home with ravvy. hopefully will get some good rest. im still waiting for the phone call...
