Good evening friends! Our trip to Jacksonville is over, sad to say. But in some ways, it's good to be at our 2nd home. We arrived back to Great Falls Monday afternoon. Apparently there's been a fire for some time somewhere in Montana and the smoke has blown our way. You can definitely see it in the air and you can smell it as well. I briefly read in the paper that it was started by a lightning strike. Anyway...

So our trip to Jax went well. It was an extremely busy week for us with lots of wedding appointments and trying to meet up with people as well as trying to find time of our own. We got a lot done and made a tremendous amount of progress with wedding stuff so praise God for that! Met up with some of the Youth and Singles... definitely great to see them again. With all that was going on, we did find time to watch The Simpsons Movie and do some record time shopping. I can't believe how fast Abi was able to do some shopping! Hahahaha.

My parents along with some others put together a little surprise bridal shower thing for Abi. It went well and saw more people we haven't seen in a while. Thanks to Bel and Jon for setting up the games! Thanks to everyone who helped putting it together! Fun times it was.

I think my favorite part of the week was doing our engagement pictures. I'm really really REALLY excited to see how those came out! Hopefully we can see those soon. They're going to be awesome! Unfortunately there were still a number of things we didn't get to do as well as people we were not able to see. Sucks. One week was definitely not enough time to do everything and see everyone. No worries because in a few more months we'll be back for the big day! Wow it's really coming together! Despite all the craziness, it's been fun doing all the preps. A headache here and there, but fun times working it with the wifey. =)
