Injured Hercules.

For the past two days Hercules has been battling an injury. We were playing in the backyard, and he was running in circles when... he lets out a big high-pitched yelp. Something happened to his leg because he wouldn't put it down and he was hobbling around on three legs and only putting minimal pressure on the fourth. It's hard for him to go up and down the steps to the backyard to use the bathroom! Poor Hercules. =( We were finally able to get him checked out today. They couldn't give a definite diagnosis because whenever they put pressure on his knee, it would be too painful for Hercules. They would have to sedate him and dig further to find out what's wrong. But they are sure it's something with his knee. They put him on some anti-inflammatory medication so hopefully it'll heal up within the week. If not, they said to bring him in to get him sedated in order to get a better look at that knee. Poor Hercules! He's just not the same when he can't be his hyper and excited self.
